Appointments should be scheduled in advance, and we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. We recommend removing all personal belongings before your appointment. While we take great care in handling every vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services. Any concerns should be reported within 24 hours.
